Conversation
A first call to understand each other — what kind of work you want to do, what we're building, and whether it's the kind of fit worth exploring further.
III.
Working Session
A practical, role-specific session — engineering work, a design exercise, a product conversation. The goal is to give you a real sense of the work, not to put you through a hazing.
IV.
Team Time
Meet the people you'd work with. Ask them anything. We expect you to be evaluating us at least as carefully as we're evaluating you.
V.
Offer
If it's a fit on both sides, we move fast. Competitive compensation, meaningful equity where applicable, and clear expectations about the work ahead.
